Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We`ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 5 business days).

We`ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we`ve received and processed the returned item.

Returns Exceptions
  • Oversize Items 
    Some heavy or large items that are identified as oversize on their item pages may be returned to a store or by freight shipping. Under some circumstances, you may be charged for return shipping. To return an item by freight, please contact Customer Service. They will also be able to inform you of any return shipping costs.
  • Damaged or Defective Items
    When your order is delivered you should immediately inspect the carton for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. Carefully inspect the packaging as well as the contents of the package. It is normal for the carton to show some wear; however, if damage did occur, accept the package, but make a note of the damage on the shipping receipt, sign and date it. The delivery person should also sign the slip and leave a copy for your records. Contact a Customer Service Specialist immediately.
  • Error-Related Refunds
    If there is an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a credit for any applicable shipping and gift-wrapping charges.

Return or Exchange an Item in a Store

You can replace, exchange, or get credit for an item immediately in a store, pending product availability. Please see the Returns Policy section above for exceptions.

To return an item to a store:
  1. Bring the item you wish to return along with all original packing materials   and accessories.
  2. If available, bring the invoice.

Return or Exchange an Item by Mail

You may request a replacement by mail. The replacement item will be sent to the original `ship to` address upon receipt of the original item at our Returns Center, pending product availability.
