    Place Order Rules and Regulation
    Price listed is subject to change without prior notification.
    Once the order is placed, we will confirm you the order availability within 48 hours by email / phone. 
    After the order is confirmed, we will instruct you on how to make the payment by email / phone. 
    The shipping cost will be informed by email / phone.   
    We will pack all the goods accordingly and make sure it will not damage.

    Questions about your order
    An Item Is Missing
    Sometimes because of varying item availability and warehouse locations, you may receive more than one shipment when you place an order with multiple items. We will not charge you extra for split shipments. The invoice you receive with your order will tell you which items have been shipped separately. If you still have questions about items missing from your order, please contact us and one of our knowledgeable Customer Service Associates will be happy to help you.

    My Order Didn`t Arrive 
    If you have questions about an order that has not arrived, please contact us and one of our Customer Service Associates will be happy to help you. 
    E-mails about Your Order
    After you place your order, you will receive e-mails about your order. Below are examples of e-mails you might receive:
  • List of your order. This e-mail confirms that we have received your order. Keep this e-mail for your records.
  • Order completed. This e-mail confirms that your order or part of your order has shipped. You may receive multiple e-mails depending on the items you selected, or if you ordered multiple items and they were shipped separately. 

The arrival time of your order depends on the shipping method selected, item selected, and your shipping location.

Important notice about your order. There are a few reasons why you would receive this e-mail, including: difficulty in processing your order, inability to ship to the address provided, duplicate order, cancellation of order. 
Cancellations Due to Order Processing Difficulties
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

  1.  Item(s) not available. One or more items in your order is on backorder.
  2. Difficulty in processing your payment information. 
  3. Cannot ship to address provided.
  4. Duplicate order was placed.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an important notice regarding your order via e-mail / phone which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items

Changing or Canceling Your Order
After you have confirmed your order, your order begins to process. You may cancel or change your order, as long as it has not been shipped out.
